I have been trying to report a data leak to Grupo Elektra https://www.elektra.mx/ for a month but was not successfull making contact with the security team.
I have tried :
- contact via chat on the webisite → they said they’d look into it but failed to understand or provide contacts to escalate to
- reached out on linkedin/twitter → no response
- Tried the contacts from “Centro de Respuesta a Incidentes Cibernéticos de Mexico” at CERT-MX in the event that they could reach out themselves → no response
If anybody has a contact there, let me know.
